01 November 2025 Stockholm (SE) - Kulturhuset
Back to concert list
I played a concert at Kulturhuset in Stockholm (Sweden) on the 1st of November 2025 — if you were there it would mean a lot to me if you would share your impressions and thoughts and maybe even some pictures with me!
Being back in Stockholm felt kind of like coming home — just with a surprising amount of ABBA involved. Seriously, though, next time I expect even more commitment to the theme! 😅

Trust
Thank your for a beautiful concert. It filled me with joy, laughter, wonder and trust.
A friend took me to your concert tonight. I had no clue, but an open mind, and heart. I truly was mesmerized by your music, improvisations and your beautiful soul. Thank you for an experience I will cherish for very long.
Thank you for an amazing experience, it touched my heart and soul 🙏🏼
Just as enjoyable as last time in Stockholm. It was a great pleasure to be brought along on your beautiful musical journey this evening. I hope to see you here soon again.
AMS
Thank you very much for a great show and especially for AMS! It was mindblowing.
Associations
Thanks for the concert; didn’t realize it was improvised until a while into the performance. Amazing - and sharing what it made me connect me; fluidity as in dance which seems so easy but takes a lot of training and focus, the joy of walking amongst autumn leaves and hearing the visceral sounds and the seaside silence in off season
Thank you for an unforgettable experience
Seeing you perform live in Stockholm yesterday was truly special! Exactly one year ago, I left the hospital in a wheelchair after a spinal cord injury. Even though I was given the worst room during my stay, I felt lucky; it was wall-to-wall with a piano. Every afternoon, someone—perhaps a nurse or doctor—would come by and play beautifully. I also play, not particularly well, but enough to bring myself joy, though I do miss being able to use the pedals. Shortly after leaving the hospital, I discovered your music and have been playing it non-stop ever since. Every piece overflows with emotion, energy, and so much beauty! Your music makes me fall in love with life every time I hear it. My favorite is 'JIN,' which moves me to tears every time (in the best way). It truly touches my heart. Hearing you share your thoughts between songs and allowing yourself to be vulnerable on stage is a rare and generous gift. I will always cherish the memory of this evening, feeling the geniality of your music from the front row. Wishing you all the best on tour, and I hope to see you in Stockholm again soon.
I can’t really put into words how I felt, but the way that your music absorbed me was really really beautiful. The combination of the light show together with your music took me somewhere beautiful, and was very therapeutic as well. I really got goosebumps as you played. I also had never been so focused on a play, you got me so excited, every second was filled with joy and amazement. I also really appreciated how you took us through your own experiences while improvising and also shared your struggles. It is funny to think that both, you and the crowd, don’t know what is coming next. And the very open talk in between, that you invited the crowd to engage, made the environment in the room very informal and familiar. Thank you so much for this night. Truly amazing performance and I hope to see you very soon again!
This experience was like gaining the ability to see inside of the head of a creative genius, and being transformed by it in so many ways. The most extraordinary live performance I've seen. I can't wait for the next time.
The Stockholm Concert
Hello Martin! Thank you for your concert/performance that I visited in Stockholm Nov. 1st 2025. I was invited by my son and had no idea what to expect – and it was not like anything else I have seen or heard! I left the concert a lot wiser and with much energy! In your second last piece (the extra number not counted) you started by playing a rythm with your left hand – and it immediately stuck with me like a mantra ”don’t worry about that, don´t worry about that, don´t worry about that……..”. Almost thoroughout the whole piece it spoke to me - and at the end it faded away. I have never experienced a mantra before – so this was very special. In these times of worries – like the environment, that you also spoke of, and all the evil going on in this world today and the way people seem to give up and stop fighting - I was told not to worry about small petty things like: where is my cell phone, will I miss the train home, where is the closest toilet – and other ”worries” like that…. My son didn´t get a mantra – but I suppose he didn´t need it! So again thank for your performance! Love from Stockholm/Annika
A good friend brought us along, and we had no idea what to expect. It turned out to be such a wonderful evening. We really enjoyed the music, the atmosphere, and the company. Thank you for this lovely experience. We’re so grateful we got to be here. 💛
When Martin stands up mid piece, you just know he's about to blow your mind.
